Manny showed up even earlier than scheduled, and immediately went to work! He pulled me into it, immediately and explainred what he was doing and what he thought the issue was. He then determined that the issue I was having, was not with my equipment, but that it was the electric companies equipment. He then instructed me to call the electric company and told me exactly what to say and within 10 minutes there was a crew arriving at my house, two trucks! We had an issue with our main circuit breaker. It kept popping randomly. So I had someone from Frank Gay come and take a look at it, and after a very short and shallow look at my breaker, he tells me I need a whole new breaker box and it's going to cost me 6k! Which I knew was just a rip off. So I told him I'm going to get a second opinion and boy am I glad I called Manny. Manny came the same day and immediately I could tell he was a real professional. While the other guy was just a salesman trying to sell me the most expensive solution to my problem, Manny was actually trying to find the reason it was popping! And it didn't take long, he almost immediately after looking at it told me what was wrong. It was just some loose wires that needed to be tightened! The other guy was just completely trying to rip us off of thousands of dollars. I'll never call another electrician other than Manny. Manny's Electric saved our home and ownership plans we had to purchase it because he responded quickly to our need to change out the entire wiring system. We are first time homebuyers and had no clue that cloth wiring would be such a huge deal with finding an insurance company to insure the mortgage. Luckily, Manny's Electric changed everything electric from 1959 and made our home safe and updated. In addition, we got insurance. Long story short,... Unfortunately a rat was electrocuted in my electrical panel and for safety, firefighters had to shut down the main power. I Googled for electricians near me, dial the first option (it was the only one at that time that says open) Manny answered me immediately and in a few hours he was here. He ran a line from my house to my shed about 170 feet away, and did so in one day with quality materials and with the care and attention to detail I rarely see from other vendors. I even offered an option for him to run the line in a way that it would be much easier for him to complete on such a hot and humid day, but he explained it would look less professional and he preferred to do the extra work to deliver something I would be unquestionably happy with. I was searching for an electrician because my Keurig coffee maker burnt a whole circuit in my kitchen and half of the kitchen outlets were no longer working. I sent Manuel a text, not expecting an immediate answer but he responded fast and came over all in less than 30min I would say! My dad was also looking for an electrician for outdoor outlets that weren't working, and he lives nearby... it turns out we both had GFCI outlets that had burnt and needed to be replaced. I had a great experience with this company. My lights started blinking and dimming one night out of nowhere. Outlets had no or minimal power. Manny responded to my inquiry right away and was able to come out the next day. He assessed the problem and then took time to show me and explain what was wrong. Not only did he explain the issue itself, he took the time to educate me on how it happens, how common it is etc. He and his team went to work digging up my old wires and running fresh pipes/wires to my sub-panel. Extremely happy with Manny! Sent a request for a Quote on Monday, scheduled a visit for Thursday to review the work, and had everything done on Saturday. We had a hanging outlet under the sink from previous owners who did a hack job wiring the dishwasher into the junction box. Manny not only installed and secured a new GCFI outlet with the proper sleeves to protect the wiring from any water exposure, but also rewired our dishwasher as part of the job so it would be plugged in safely instead of hardwired. He also installed 2 new outlets in our garage into their own breaker and used commercial grade steel pipes to secure them to our brick walls. He arrived early and had everything done in about 3 hours, left everything as clean as he found it, and charged us exactly what he quoted.
