We had an issue with our main circuit breaker. It kept popping randomly. So I had someone from Frank Gay come and take a look at it, and after a very short and shallow look at my breaker, he tells me I need a whole new breaker box and it's going to cost me 6k! Which I knew was just a rip off. So I told him I'm going to get a second opinion and boy am I glad I called Manny. Manny came the same day and immediately I could tell he was a real professional. While the other guy was just a salesman trying to sell me the most expensive solution to my problem, Manny was actually trying to find the reason it was popping! And it didn't take long, he almost immediately after looking at it told me what was wrong. It was just some loose wires that needed to be tightened! The other guy was just completely trying to rip us off of thousands of dollars. I'll never call another electrician other than Manny. Manny and his team are great! He was right on time and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know plus some. We fixed a couple of shot GFCI outlets that we blew out from Christmas lights. He went on to explain how our electrical is connected to our breaker. Our outside outlets are on a small 15 AMP circuit with our living room and dining room ceiling lights, garage lights, laundry room, and entry. Obviously a builder flaw. Instead of rewiring the house to meet our needs during Christmas, Manny came up with a solution to fix the problem by suggesting we install a new outlet just for the Christmas lights. We had a very messed up fixture in the primary bedroom closet. I had a great experience with this company. My lights started blinking and dimming one night out of nowhere. Outlets had no or minimal power. Manny responded to my inquiry right away and was able to come out the next day. He assessed the problem and then took time to show me and explain what was wrong. Not only did he explain the issue itself, he took the time to educate me on how it happens, how common it is etc. He and his team went to work digging up my old wires and running fresh pipes/wires to my sub-panel. Manny also showed me numerous times throughout the day what they were doing, the actual faulty wires when found (this problem had been coming for a few years) and other things he felt I should know about. The lights in my house were constantly flashing. I called two companies before Manny's to solve my problem but I only wasted my money and they didn't help me with my problem. Long story short,... Unfortunately a rat was electrocuted in my electrical panel and for safety, firefighters had to shut down the main power. I Googled for electricians near me, dial the first option (it was the only one at that time that says open) Manny answered me immediately and in a few hours he was here. When Manny arrived, he was knowledgeable, professional and gave me the different options to return electricity to my house. He found many irregularities and I agreed to change the entire box. The next day and first thing in the morning Manny and his team (Julian and Alvaro) were here and they worked in a professional, efficient, friendly and kind manner. 5 stars are hardly enough. Manny is punctual, extremely knowledgeable, ethical, super professional, perfectionist, and a very hard worker. He ran a line from my house to my shed about 170 feet away, and did so in one day with quality materials and with the care and attention to detail I rarely see from other vendors. I even offered an option for him to run the line in a way that it would be much easier for him to complete on such a hot and humid day, but he explained it would look less professional and he preferred to do the extra work to deliver something I would be unquestionably happy with. Manny took the extra time to educate me about the work he was doing so that I understood how everything worked. If you are looking for a licensed professional electrician you have found one. Manny's Electric saved our home and ownership plans we had to purchase it because he responded quickly to our need to change out the entire wiring system. We are first time homebuyers and had no clue that cloth wiring would be such a huge deal with finding an insurance company to insure the mortgage. Luckily, Manny's Electric changed everything electric from 1959 and made our home safe and updated. In addition, we got insurance.
