Manny is amazing. I have used him multiple times for projects and his work and pricing is top notch. He takes time to understand the problem and fix it the right way. Since I cant give multiple reviews I thought I would update in 2023 from my original review. I contracted Manny to do a full rewire this month in 2023 on a 1950s property with two wire as well as install all new fixtures, ceiling fans, panels and can lighting. We had an issue with our main circuit breaker. It kept popping randomly. So I had someone from Frank Gay come and take a look at it, and after a very short and shallow look at my breaker, he tells me I need a whole new breaker box and it's going to cost me 6k! Which I knew was just a rip off. So I told him I'm going to get a second opinion and boy am I glad I called Manny. Manny came the same day and immediately I could tell he was a real professional. While the other guy was just a salesman trying to sell me the most expensive solution to my problem, Manny was actually trying to find the reason it was popping! And it didn't take long, he almost immediately after looking at it told me what was wrong. It was just some loose wires that needed to be tightened! The other guy was just completely trying to rip us off of thousands of dollars. I'll never call another electrician other than Manny. He ran a line from my house to my shed about 170 feet away, and did so in one day with quality materials and with the care and attention to detail I rarely see from other vendors. I even offered an option for him to run the line in a way that it would be much easier for him to complete on such a hot and humid day, but he explained it would look less professional and he preferred to do the extra work to deliver something I would be unquestionably happy with. Manny and his team are great! He was right on time and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know plus some. We fixed a couple of shot GFCI outlets that we blew out from Christmas lights. He went on to explain how our electrical is connected to our breaker. Our outside outlets are on a small 15 AMP circuit with our living room and dining room ceiling lights, garage lights, laundry room, and entry. Obviously a builder flaw. Instead of rewiring the house to meet our needs during Christmas, Manny came up with a solution to fix the problem by suggesting we install a new outlet just for the Christmas lights. Awesome job by Manny’s. I had another “recommended” electrician put in some outside lights for Christmas and add outlets in my garage. He tied in to existing GFI’s, inside and outside the garage, causing numerous problems including my master bath GFI and whirlpool to stop working. Long story short,... Unfortunately a rat was electrocuted in my electrical panel and for safety, firefighters had to shut down the main power. I Googled for electricians near me, dial the first option (it was the only one at that time that says open) Manny answered me immediately and in a few hours he was here. Our house had a small electrical fire in the main panel box, on not only a Friday evening, but Fathers day weekends well.
