Manny showed up even earlier than scheduled, and immediately went to work! He pulled me into it, immediately and explainred what he was doing and what he thought the issue was. He then determined that the issue I was having, was not with my equipment, but that it was the electric companies equipment. We had an issue with our main circuit breaker. It kept popping randomly. So I had someone from Frank Gay come and take a look at it, and after a very short and shallow look at my breaker, he tells me I need a whole new breaker box and it's going to cost me 6k! Which I knew was just a rip off. So I told him I'm going to get a second opinion and boy am I glad I called Manny. Manny came the same day and immediately I could tell he was a real professional. While the other guy was just a salesman trying to sell me the most expensive solution to my problem, Manny was actually trying to find the reason it was popping! And it didn't take long, he almost immediately after looking at it told me what was wrong. It was just some loose wires that needed to be tightened! The other guy was just completely trying to rip us off of thousands of dollars. I'll never call another electrician other than Manny. Manny's Electric saved our home and ownership plans we had to purchase it because he responded quickly to our need to change out the entire wiring system. We are first time homebuyers and had no clue that cloth wiring would be such a huge deal with finding an insurance company to insure the mortgage. Long story short,... Unfortunately a rat was electrocuted in my electrical panel and for safety, firefighters had to shut down the main power. 5 stars are hardly enough. Manny is punctual, extremely knowledgeable, ethical, super professional, perfectionist, and a very hard worker. He ran a line from my house to my shed about 170 feet away, and did so in one day with quality materials and with the care and attention to detail I rarely see from other vendors. I even offered an option for him to run the line in a way that it would be much easier for him to complete on such a hot and humid day, but he explained it would look less professional and he preferred to do the extra work to deliver something I would be unquestionably happy with. I was searching for an electrician because my Keurig coffee maker burnt a whole circuit in my kitchen and half of the kitchen outlets were no longer working. I had a great experience with this company. My lights started blinking and dimming one night out of nowhere. Outlets had no or minimal power. Manny responded to my inquiry right away and was able to come out the next day. He assessed the problem and then took time to show me and explain what was wrong. Awesome job by Manny’s. I had another “recommended” electrician put in some outside lights for Christmas and add outlets in my garage. He tied in to existing GFI’s, inside and outside the garage, causing numerous problems including my master bath GFI and whirlpool to stop working. Manny and his team are great! He was right on time and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know plus some. We fixed a couple of shot GFCI outlets that we blew out from Christmas lights. He went on to explain how our electrical is connected to our breaker. Our outside outlets are on a small 15 AMP circuit with our living room and dining room ceiling lights, garage lights, laundry room, and entry. Obviously a builder flaw. Instead of rewiring the house to meet our needs during Christmas, Manny came up with a solution to fix the problem by suggesting we install a new outlet just for the Christmas lights. Extremely happy with Manny! Sent a request for a Quote on Monday, scheduled a visit for Thursday to review the work, and had everything done on Saturday. We had a hanging outlet under the sink from previous owners who did a hack job wiring the dishwasher into the junction box. Manny not only installed and secured a new GCFI outlet with the proper sleeves to protect the wiring from any water exposure, but also rewired our dishwasher as part of the job so it would be plugged in safely instead of hardwired. He also installed 2 new outlets in our garage into their own breaker and used commercial grade steel pipes to secure them to our brick walls. He arrived early and had everything done in about 3 hours, left everything as clean as he found it, and charged us exactly what he quoted. We had a very messed up fixture in the primary bedroom closet.
